- 1In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, parsley, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper. Mix in grated Gouda and Emmentaler cheese.
- 2Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly butter a large baking sheet.
- 3Place one phyllo sheet on a flat surface and brush with approximately 15ml butter. Cut lengthwise into 4 strips. Place a rounded teaspoon of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip.
- 4Fold the corner of the strip over the filling to form a triangular fold. Continue folding the length of the strip in triangular folds to create a small stuffed triangle. Repeat with remaining phyllo dough.
- 5Arrange stuffed phyllo triangles in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
